We believe that honesty is the best policy when dealing with our customers and therefore we always endeavour to quote you achievable delivery times. We are one of the leading suppliers of boilers and heating products in the UK . And due to this we know that we can supply all our goods as quickly as anyone else (perhaps even quicker) so if you have been promised a faster delivery time from another supplier, please double check! Unless the supplier physically has the item in stock it's very unlikely!

Delivery Times

All delivery times quoted on our website are always approximate times as advised by the product manufacturers. These delivery times can vary from what we have been advised due to many factors that are out of our control. We will endeavour to keep you informed of the delivery schedule throughout the order process.

PLEASE DO NOT ARRANGE FOR ANY TRADESMEN TO BEGIN WORK UNTIL ALL YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND CHECKED FOR COMPLETENESS AND DAMAGES.

Bulky / multiple item deliveries

Bulky item delivery will normally be made by a single driver. For Health and Safety reasons the driver cannot move heavy items on his own. If your order contains heavy items please ensure that there will be at least one able bodied person present to help you move your goods.

Checking Goods

You must check the goods for damage before signing the driver's delivery note.
You must open the packaging and thoroughly inspect the goods. Sometimes the paperwork may say "sign if the outer packaging is intact".
PLEASE IGNORE THIS, If you sign for the goods, even if you write the words "Unchecked" or similar on the delivery note, then you are accepting that the goods arrived in good condition and later claims for damages CANNOT be considered.
If the driver refuses to wait while you check the goods then you must refuse to accept the delivery and CONTACT US with the details as soon as possible.
